Competition for Award holders from the pilot year in Slovakia - change

The first year of the internet competition for Bronze and Silver Award Holders from the first Slovak Award ceremony is a side activity within recriutment campaign of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award National Office. The competition encourages to join and sign up new young people into the Award trough the Award holders from the first ceremony, who attended the programme in the past and therefore are the best, personal examples for the new future prospects.

Pilot year of the Award was launched in Slovakia

After the second set of trainings at the turn of September and October, we have launched the pilot year of the programme in the Bratislava region.

We signed the Preliminary licence in London

Emerging Slovak National Office was formally recognized by The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation in London on June 26.

The first 4 organizations were licensed and trained with the help of the emerging National Office

Preparatory team of Slovak National Office works very closely since the inception of the idea to open the National Award Office in Slovakia with colleagues from the Czech National Office, for example, in the preparation of the strategic plan of the programme in Slovakia or in the completion of the training programme.
